The project, located in the heart of the ZAC de l’Hôtel de Ville (urban development zone) is one of the first elements of the new urban development linking together the town’s central districts and its less dense suburban neighbourhoods.

To emphasise the identity of the ZAC, the building adopts a dual language: a grid variation along the urban façades and generous openings on the garden side.

In both cases, this has the effect of negating the repetitive effect linked to the nature of the programme.

In parallel with the considerable amount of work invested in the optimisation of interior surface areas, residents benefit from common areas and outdoor spaces designed as settings where people can relax and chat with one another..
