Text description provided by the architects.

Lely is a number one player in the agriculture industry, inventing and producing o.a. forage solutions and dairy equipment. In the Netherlands the company enlarged its premises and production facilities by constructing a new factory and office space. ConverseArchitects has been involved in the master planning from the start. Together with Urban Designer plein06 CA thoroughly studied sustainability and the integration of the new building into the strip-like allotted area in Maassluis.
