A small house with everything you need on the first floor. The house also has a large and spacious upper floor, which can be divided into separate rooms. The house is very energy efficient with a tall rectangular shape and can easily be integrated with a terrace or yard. The heating solution can be solved with furnace heating or with floor heating.

Most of the construction work can be done alone, with the exception of the large pre-fabricated wall elements http://www.timbeco.ee/en , which need some short-term extra labour for installation.
