Text description provided by the architects.

Almost 3 years after the opening of Coutume Café designed by CUT architectures Coutume teams up with the Finnish Institute in Paris. The integration of a coffeeshop within the institute takes part of the restructuration of the Institute which transforms itself to target new visitors. Since no water inlet exists in the auditorium space water gallons are placed atop the structure to supply the coffee machine. Coffee goods and plants fill the remaining clusters of the grid..
