We’re excited to introduce the newly minted, beautifully crafted Help Center for all things Architizer and Source. It’s been carefully designed to address all the most commonly asked questions and help get you up and running with the platform. The help topics are categorized by user, so whether you’re an architect, a building-product manufacturer or a design enthusiast, you can find the information you’re looking for. Subsections are included for different aspects of Source, Firm Profiles and Brand Profiles, so you can easily find tips and tricks for making the most out of everything Architizer has to offer.

Many of the articles in the Help Center take the form of step-by-step illustrated guides, which are simple and quick to read through. Better still, there are now in-depth video tutorials featuring easy-to-follow commentary and screen recordings so you know exactly how to navigate your way around the site, upload projects and products, make searches and respond to requests — whatever you want to do, we have you covered!

We’ve also been listening to your feedback and used this to create a helpful set of answers to frequently asked questions about the site. That said, we are always happy to hear more from our users about what’s working, and what we can improve — that’s why we’re giving you the ability to review each help section and rate it with a happy, neutral or sad face depending on your experience. We’ll then work to make the Help Center better than ever.

This shiny new section of Architizer was built using Intercom, a customer communications platform that has helped created clean, navigable communication tools for companies like Yahoo!, Hootsuite, SalesLoft, Shopify and more. Intercom allows us to collect real-time data on the most popular Help Center articles and develop them further, and record new topics that users are searching for so we can provide a comprehensive set of guides. Intercom chat is available on every page, so if you are ever in doubt, our Customer Experience team is available to help at any time.
