The Wuhan Riverside District and
he new super-high rise tower at it’s
center will be a showpiece for the city
of Wuhan, an icon for successful and
sustainable business practices and a
benchmark for the future of the healthy
and productive workplace.
It is designed to represent the balance
of an elegance in form with solidity, a
combination of traditional and modern,
and efficiency with innovation; all of
which are reflections of contemporary
Chinese culture in Wuhan and beyond.
These goals are embodied in the design
and planning of the site. The elements
of the vision are implemented through
combining evocative architecture,
efficient planning, and a rigorous
approach to sustainability and
responsible development. The design
