Villa MTD02 is placed in a upper class neighborhood built in the 80’s on the top of a hill, with marvelous views on Jesi historic center, on Marche countryside, on Appennini mountains.
Most of the surrounding buildings are low traditional detached houses with brick walls and pitched roofs. The Villa is near the previously realized VillaMTD01.
The contractor asked for a breakthrough building that looks different and contemporary but at the same time with a subdued image to match the other villa nearby. He wanted a 4 flats house where every apartment has its own entrance and its own garage.
The flats are arranged in two different floors.
The villa is composed by four different blocks, underlined by the different colors and materials. Two white blocks are crossed by a grey plaster block and grey stone one.
On south facades large windows allow great views to Jesi medieval center or easy access to the large garden around the building.
Railings and entrance canopies has been designed specifically for this building.
Night lighting is solved by placing little boxed LED which create vertical light cuts on facade surfaces.
Interior finishes have been chosen by the flats owners themselves respecting the color palette of exteriors.
