The Metropolis is a unique office development because it is situated within 59,000 square feet of lush greenery, a luxury that many similar grade-A office developments were unable to offer to its users. A sheltered landscape thoroughfare weaves through the building on the second floor and coherently integrates and blends within the development. The landscape deck on the second floor hence becomes a unifying feature, drawing occupants from the two towers to use the breakout plateau space, which is an ideal venue for hosting events and exhibitions and, even more so, as a space where the office occupants can unwind while at a comfortable distance from the bustling pedestrian crowd below. As a connector to the heart of the biopolis, the landscape deck offers occupants an easy stroll around the development, providing varying views of the surrounding environment.
