The concept of Yin-Yang
Land area
of 20 hectares of design, is located in the city of Yekaterinburg, in the
immediate vicinity of the highway.
Object
Design - Multi-storey residential / public house (The concept of Yin-Yang)
At the
heart of the neighborhood is planning concept of a continuum of
transport
and pedestrian connection with the existing building and the city center, at
the expense
extension
of streets. Building plot located in close
proximity
to neighborhoods with historical buildings. In the south-west by the borders
urban
waterfront.
Creating a
courtyard spaces with opening the park area allows you to organize
visual
communication with the external environment. Distinctive features of
area is the
presence of the river, visual connections with dominant urban center,
proximity
of the park and a few blocks from the historical buildings.
The concept
of creating a residential area, providing comfortable accommodation,
reflected
in the design of building, which includes residential, commercial residential
houses,
as well as
public buildings. To this end, at the site are planned: a hotel,
park and
beach areas.
The
organization provides parking area at 100 m / seats and prigostinichny

Constructive solution.
Frame
system (Svjaseva). In terms of the purpose of the building, the most

option is framed, with beamless slabs.
Irregular
column grid with variable step. This type of structural system
