A six
storey commercial development forms a new
city, corner building. Wrapped in a delicate, laser
cut, environmental sunscreen to reduce air conditioning loads by 50% which also
creates a powerful optical and iconic street presence. Designed like a painting
and a sculpture its solid base is carved away to support a sun deck, the
patterned facade forms an exquisite illusion of shadow and light and the
architectural crown consists of an illuminated public art billboard.
