The architectural concept of an international business center with a hotel complex in Yerevan
The
hotel complex with a dominant high-altitude (one of the three) is a
landmark on the central axis of the avenue Terian and is its

The

crosses the base of the central axis of the city, passing through the
"Cascade", the central squares and boulevards, along the axis of the
Opera House and Freedom Square.
The project takes into account the dominant position in an urban area of designing the structure of the city. The
proposed architectural composition viewed from all points of the city
and the main highways and is the most important architectural
completion of the main urban axes.
The basis of planning compositions were used national ornaments of the octagon and rectangles. Clear lines of tracks at right angles to each other. High-rise in terms of volume - quatrefoil, Stylobate part in the diamond-shaped form courtyards for recreation living. relief allows the complex is located so that the southern part appears
