The existing Lipperlandhalle occupies the northwest area of the main plot. The new buildings attach themselves as a angle in the east and the south. As a result of that the ensemble builds a big central piazza which opens to the west. The piazza should serve by a creation full of quality the sportsmen as a meeting place and place for staying. The concept plans to accommodate all important function on the principal main plot and to connect them so with each other, so that synergetic effects originate concerning the development. Therefore an optimum linking of the units of utilisation should be guaranteed, because there is a huge number of content connections and overlappings. The main entrance of the sports training centre is in the eastern area of the piazza. The visitor will be conceived by a big central entrance hall. From this central point the following units of utilisation are opened: Shop, fitness centre, boarding school, canteen. Besides by the stairs and lifts are reachable the athletics hall, the gym, the wellness and sauna area, the swimming-pool, the student’s hostel and the management of the TBV Lemgo. The new building is situated south to the piazza and complements the offer with a hotel with shops integrated in the ground floor. To the south of the main plot conveniently and therefore near enclosed exists a space for a sports stadium with tribune which rounds the offer by an open-air sport facility. Finally the quiescent traffic to the north of the Lipperlandhalle receives a new building in the form of a park palette and a new bus parking bay. All properties are reachable by foot and connected therefore easily with each other.
