The college is both open to the city and laid out as a ring around a central south-facing courtyard. Two areas stand out: - The ground floor is geared towards pedestrians, combining transparency while marking out the ground of the plot. - The higher area, which is treated as topography and allows the identification of the three fundamental elements of the project: the college, the sports hall and the boarding school. This ensemble is united by a pre-patinated zinc covering, that creates the same emblematic urban feel to the plot as the local area. A ring of vegetation crowns the whole of the courtyard roof and offers great visual comfort to users and locals alike. This heightened landscape, enlivened by a gentle topography, complements the more urban zinc roofs.
