Ground breaking, new urbanism project of living and working over street front shops... all over underground parking.  Very successful commerical venture that lead to the revitalization of the suburban downtown community.  Not only did it pre-lease before we broke ground, it led to the development of 24 new downtown retailers and 6 new residential developments... and was embraced by the community as the new "heart" of the city.  The project has been widely published including:
