Built on the Balmoral slopes, this three-level residence is designed to maximize the east-facing water view from every level. The journey from front gate to the middle, main living level two floors down, where the panoramic view is unveiled, has carefully considered experiences and framed snippets of the view. Bedrooms are located on the top floor and casual living on the bottom leading out to the garden, pool, and spa. Double height volume is strategically positioned to maximize solar access. A restrained palette of materials is used to create a sophisticated and calm interior that is in harmony with the serene water view.
