12 storey corporate headquarters for the Public Safety Savings and Loan Association Inc. located on the country's most historic thoroughfare, EDSA. It features a vertical living wall on the exterior, meant to help reduce the Carbon Dioxide emissions on EDSA. A green roof serves as additional function space for gatherings aside from providing added insulation for the roof deck. A day lit atrium was also incorporated in the design to reduce the energy consumption of the offices related to electric lighting during the day.
