The proposal for this new rehabilitation center tends to create and integrate a multiple functional building into a country side site. The concept that stands besides the design process is nature as a healing partner for physically damaged people. Taking into consideration the therapeutic effects of nature, the building intends to create a connection between the patient and the natural environment. That being said, the shape of the building and the interior spaces coexists through a complementarity relationship with the specific natural environment of the chosen site.
That being said, the most important thing in the patient-nature relationship will be a reduced fear and anxiety that most people feel when stepping into a medical facility.
