Feilden+Mawson were appointed to these prestigious frameworks in 2010. The estate encompasses over 150,000m2 of buildings much of which is Grade I and on a World Heritage Site. Over 2,000 people work on the site and in 2008 the Estate received over 1.3 million visitors - this number has increased and will continue to rise.This Project is in collaboration with The Parliamentary Estates Directorate, who are responsible for the programming, planning and delivery of all construction and conservation works across the Estate for both the House of Commons and the House of Lords.Feilden+Mawson are now employed delivering a variety of projects on the Estate, both Architectural and Conservation-led.
