The campus is about 9.12 acres in extent. The Property is developed as a campus with three Phases. Ph I & II will share common multi-level car park building as also Utilities. The Phase III is planned as a stand-alone facility for flexibility. In total, there are 3 Building blocks and 1 Multilevel Car Park (MLCP). Each Software Development block is designed to accommodate 900-950 Software Professionals with Support facilities. Strategy for vehicle parking is a combination of surface parking and multi-level car parking. Surface parking is for both two wheelers and four wheelers. The basement is used exclusively for parking of two wheelers. Green spaces are designed keeping in view efficient use of space and a water body is the highlight of the landscaping and located as a feature in front of Phase 1 building. The site has space for a jogging track and recreation areas of cricket pitches and basketball court and volley ball court. Each Block will have its own Cafeteria. Gymnasium / Recreation facilities are also provided.
Green Building Design concepts were adopted at all levels during the Phase-III development such that Third Software Development Block has been rated with LEED Silver Rating (NC).
