Inside the grid of a precise brief, the new headquaters for the Banca Sella is the medium to comunicate trust in the urban reality of Biella, so to underline again its tight bonds with the environment. The building is composed by two bodies, respectively of 5 and 6 above ground levels, a basement and two private parking levels underground. The volumes shows chasteness and simplicity and the functional layouts are organized around the principles of balance and versatility. An important pedestrian path has been designed to ensure the image of an open business close to its customer. This path is a clear cut between the city centre and the new park and parking lot inside the lot. The great heads are covered by elegant cotto brise-soleil and they host green terraces.
