The building is dedicated
in its lower part to goods and vehicles storage for Gland town, and in its
upper part to spaces for local companies and conference rooms.
A large roof, like a
large folded sheet of zinc, covers the building all along. The two lateral facades
are made of corrugated and translucent Polycarbonate panels providing natural
light inside. Behind this first skin, layers of opaque or translucent
insulation fit the nature of the spaces that dependently on the climate must be
heated or simply tempered.
