The building is located on the side of the Méru stadium athletic tracks and facing the finishing line.
From upward it lies on the lawn and bends toward the tracks.
From the tracks it stands at the turning slope where the athletes’ entrance is.
It hosts the stopwatch for sport competitions, the infirmary, a changing room, a meeting room and storage.
The program is here expressed by a simple combination of volumes enclosed in a simple white steel envelop; the double inverted slope of the roofing provides a great diversity of viewpoints from the surroundings.
