The construction occupies part of the surface of the underground car park, while a garden occupies the rest of it, and a green roof tops the whole piece. These new gardens are mixed and integrated with the already existing ones in the Hotel to improve the concept of a green block inside the town and close to the Garcia Sanabria Park.
Three buildings surround a rectangular garden, as the main centre for the different activities of the programme.
The largest building covers the parking ramps and contains the lobby, the office area, the changing rooms, the gym and the wellness treatment cabins. Two paddle courts and one garden are located on the roof.
On the opposite side of the main garden, a large piece of concrete contains the pavilion of the thermal circuit pool, the Jacuzzi, the shower systems, and the pool bar; which connects with the outdoor terrace next to it, and is serviced by a kitchen located further down. Two large outdoor pools are connected with the interior space, in order to organise different sports activities.
The connection between both parts is solved with a third element that houses the changing rooms for the spa, sauna, hamman and flotarium, and a lounge area where guests can enjoy the view of the large central garden.
