Lambert-St. Louis International Airport is entering the second phase of a multi-year modernization and renovation program called the Airport Experience Program. Our modernization of the Main Terminal will restore the grandeur of Minoru Yamasaki's iconic structure as a gateway to the city of St. Louis and enhance the overall customer experience. The dome ceilings are now restored with a new “Arctic White” acoustical coating to improve sound absorption. The new ceiling treatment has also brightened the Ticketing Hall, and includes new improved skylights with LED lighting that can produce a number of colors that can be seen both inside and outside the terminal. The scope of our work includes restoration and lighting of the concrete vaults, design of ticketing, concourses, concessions and the seamless integration of new security systems and checkpoints.
