…a polyhedral piece ascends as a polygonal faceted helix that stands out of the context as a distinctive landmark. TowerHelix is a mixed use green development at the border of Eco Park Los Colomos, thus the back of the site is landscaped as part of the reserve. The building is a steel frame structure enclosed by modular glass and titanium panels used to hold photovoltaic panels. Lower levels contain exclusive boutique shops. Next floors are equipped as a business center and office suites. The following levels contain an executive hotel. The upper levels are designed as a spa-clinique and a fitness center while top floors are used for restaurants & bars. The highest point is the heliport.
