The Fox team undertook the challenge of transforming a portion of an existing manufacturing building for reuse as GKN North American Headquarters. Simple, large scale ideas met North American GKN's goal of creating a professional and appropriate message. Significant site redevelopment renewed large asphalt areas with green space. A glass curtain wall created a strong visible presense on the site, and covered walks accommodated pedestrians while screening views of the large industrial areas beyond. Poured in place concrete was used to promote permanence and sustainability.
