constructed at top of a difficult network of artificial islands.The cores
recreational and office accommodations in a building are located in the bottom
level, the main inhabited block develops vertically in the design center.

structure is equipped by the vertical farm providing green zones.
The wavy
facade of a skyscraper is covered by photo-electric elements, the vertical
system of gathering of rain water is provided
