This 320,000 square feet state-of-the-art workspace is designed as the North American Headquarters for a financial institution. The goal of this project is to convey the client’s modern and transparent image through its headquarters while creating an elegant and innovative environment to cater to the client’s 2 main user groups. The design features a conference center with a boardroom and 14 conference rooms of varying sizes, open office spaces, private offices, a 120,000 square feet trading floor complete with over 675 trading desks, a cafeteria, training rooms and a free-flowing marble block staircase partially enclosed in a rusticated stone and stainless steel wall, interconnecting the headquarters’ 6 stories.
