How should waterfront be in a little volume of water? The water of a stream is connected to the reservoir and water flow has sculpted the topography in the site. We should follow the new town planning system as a premise but wanted to keep the existing topography for landscape with waterscape on the urban fabric. Grey water from buildings and leachate can be purified through the landscape and flow to the main water stream. The limited waterfront surface can be expanded due to look at waterscape and touch in residential area.
The loop system from the city scale to micro neighborhood one is also operated as a system to expand chances to meet the water with uncertain program and shape gradually distributed. It is not the urban design which divide one area and another exactly but the urban system which divide area gradually and is recognized as scale and program change. This is the similar concept the water fluid that is one of water characters.
