This advertising and
branded creative content company came to Boulder, Colorado looking for
an additional design factory to compliment their existing operation in
Miami, Florida. The principals selected a 60,000 square foot former
indoor soccer facility to house an interim population of 60 employees.
Mid way through construction the program was extended and accelerated
to now provide space to 100. The design and construction was completed
in 6 weeks working around the clock. Additional space requirements were
met as the factory was modified with inventive ways that included an
interconnecting series of elevated mezzanines to now accommodate the 600 CP+Bers that occupy this former warehouse building. The feeling
this space evokes compliments the philosophy that the agency builds its
creative energy around. Exposed concrete floors allow the various
transportation modes to maneuver, including skateboards, scooters, bikes, dogs, and of course employees.
