One bedroom apartments where so arranged that ground level tenants enjoy private garden space and the upper level tenants with terrace garden. The clustering was designed in a manner that every tenant enjoy a private garden space, creating series of laterite stone & form finish concrete masses. Such clusters of apartments where developed surrounding the community space. It is an effort to break the traditional apartment blocks.
