Located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, the hotel is placed on a very touristic avenue for both national and foreign.
A group of developers requested a Project that reflected Mexican culture in a current and fresh fashion, but in a warm way as well.
The hotel was conceived upon the Mexican culture aesthetic values that were translated into a vanguard concept by means of using a central patio as a start point and the careful use of materials.
Subsequently, we proposed to place 25 x 25 square ft. modules that would become the hotel rooms. Each room has a 3.8 ft separation in between each other allowing the wind to flow naturally.
Retail areas can be found on the lower floor of the hotel which only has street access, assuring the privacy needed by guests.
The Hotel entrances area placed on both northeast and southeast faces. The northeast entrance is considered to be the main access. The secondary access, the southeast gate, leads everyone to the heart of the complex where pedestrians are invited into the patio.
Guest rooms are available on the second, third and fourth floor. On the last floor the hotel provides amenities such as a pool, gym, business center, terrace and tanning beds.
The built surface consists of 97,596 sq. ft., on a 34,444 sq. ft. land surface.
