Situated in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova), the site opens to a pitoresque view. The challenge of the project was to design a simple, economical and a breathtaking house that adapts to the context. The concept represents a contemporary design with traditional moldavian decorative elements we can find them in wood insertions. The house is organized in three levels, with the living area and a guest house at the first floor, that opens to a built-in terrace. It also reminds about the moldavian traditional porch – a reinterpretation that defines the concept of the house. Situated in the French roof, the sleeping area opens to the backyard by a subtle balcony. At the semi-basement we find the Russian sauna with a lounge area that opens to the green wall, so the house becomes a mechanism for the promenade. Every façade offers simple and beautiful perspectives . The architecture of the house is created by its remarkable proportions and by the relationship between exterior and interior.
