The water is going to redefine our future. By 2050, its level will be at + 16cm compared with today. Bloom is the beginning of a link which purpose is to find an alternative on the rising water due to the global warming. It must be installed at first in Indian Ocean because Asia is the first continent affected by this phenomenon. The concept of this large-scale project is to practice the culture of the phytoplankton to absorb C02 excesses and create 02.Bloom is a semi-submersible center, moored to the seabed with a system of cables, which can be in all the coastal zones to alert in case of rising water, tsunamis... It can also be in died zones from the oceans to regulate their quantity of O2 by injecting phytoplankton in rivers, lakes, ports.Under the water, the project offers a shape of housing environment for permanent scientists presents there and for phytoplankton. It is thus the first project constructed and conceived for phytoplankton. It is a catalyst structure for growing phytoplankton and in a way it's a matrix pocket of oxygen on Earth. Bloom wishes to be a sustainable answer for rising waters by decreasing our carbon footprint while learning to live in accordance with our seas. Every factory would have its own bloom allowing it to absorb the CO2 that it created, like to testify of its interest for a better environment. So by giving responsibilities to everyone on our consumptions of CO2, we would become aware of our ecological impact on the planet.
