The concept calls for the design of the third branch of Beautique ladies salon is their largest yet, thus making it a potential flagship salon for the brand. The location was originally two separate apartments with the lift lobby connecting them. The proposed concept unifies the two separate entities by providing a connective corridor that runs through the center of the project. All the salon services are allocated at both ends of the corridor and the reception desk is located in the center of the corridor, which integrates the lift lobby with the apartments. Visitors are greeted with an intricate lattice work of chipboard panels tessellating from the floors to the ceiling, which is then reflected on the floor as a ribbon that folds into two counters at both ends. The intricate and texture rich entry slowly dissipates into clean and streamlined interiors at both ends of the ribbon providing a relaxing environment for the clients.
