The first phase of this complete interior/exterior renovation of a 250-unit complex began with the replacement of the leasing office and swimming pool amenity. In addition to the new pool, the only salt water community pool in Austin, a bath house and outdoor kitchen area was added. The second phase of the renovation includes a new community building with resident lounge, an exercise facility and a business center.
