The Allen Hall restoration project called for replacement of two single-glazed, steel-welded assembly curtain walls on two elevations, modernization of mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, and interior re-design of a 60-year-old signature campus building that once served as a music education building and was later converted to a multiple-tenant office building.
