Our Role: Consultancy Design and Supervision.
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in its planning of enhancement of Higher Education in the country, by developing the existing Universities/Colleges and by planning for new University Cities. UPA had been invited among many International Consultants specialized in Educational planning and design UPA had submitted complete study for the University planning and cost estimate, which was the best study and selected by the Client to be appointed for the role of complete planning and design to develop Architectural/Engineering services to issue Tender Document.
The University shall be the first campus to be designed as Green University as per LEED design criteria’s, in order to be registered in the Green Building Counsel, to achieve the LEED classifications. The program of the newly established University shall be based on Green technology Educations, comprising five colleges, with the presidency building and all related supportive facilities, including Sports Compound, Main Auditorium, Central Library, Entertainment Center, Power Building in addition to student housing and staff accommodation of total built-up area of more than 130,000 sq. m on plot of more than one million sq. m.
