Zerafa Studio LLC. is a multidisciplinary design consultancy in New York City, founded by Jason M Zerafa.
From our Soho studio, we collaborate with our clients to explore and creatively develop the unique Architectural design opportunities within each project. Our designs are not always conventional, and yet our innovative design solutions often solve very practical problems for our clients. We believe that our design efforts to create thoughtful Architecture add value to our client's projects.
We provide Architectural design services that range from early -stage concept design and feasibility studies, through detailed-design drawings for a range of projects types. We are able to take a lead-design role, or provide more specific design input as a member of a larger project team. By focusing on a design consulting role, we are able to offer our clients more flexibility in the initial project stages, and tailor our effort to the specific needs of the job. As Project Designer, we will collaborate with an Architect of Record to provide full Architectural services if required. Using this collaborative approach, we have designed a diversity of buildings types, including a loft apartment, single family house, office tower, mixed-use towers, hotel, entertainment center, airport passenger terminal, public memorials and a number of museums and cultural buildings.
