Tomeu Ramis Frontera, Aixa del Rey García and Barbara Vich Arrom, all three born in Palma de Mallorca and graduated as architects from the ETSAB (UPC, Barcelona), founded FLEXOARQUITECTURA in 2002 in Barcelona.
They have been prizewinners in many competitions and their work has been published in numerous national and international publications, among them; "2G Dossier. Young Spanish architects". The office has been award in several occasions, among them;

Tomeu Ramis has taught in Barcelona at BAU-Vic University (2001-05), Istituto Europeo di Design (2006-07), La Salle-Ramon Llull (2005-08), ESARQ-Architecture International University (2007), ETSAV-Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2007-11), ETSAB-Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2009-10) and at the ETH, Zürich (2011-12). He is currently associated Professor at ETSAV-Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, ESARQ-UIC, and the IASAP-Illinois Architecture Study Abroad Program.
