If you have passed a billboard or seen an advertisement on a bus shelter in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or any other major American city, then you know the work of PVBLIC Foundation, our amazing new partner for the Architizer A+ Awards!
PVBLIC Foundation is an innovative in-kind grantmaking organization that harnesses the power of unused media assets to drive social change. An aggregator of media across all platforms, they award grants of unused media space to boost awareness of important causes.
Our mission to help architects be seen and be agents of change caught their attention. The Architizer Foundation has received a media grant from PVBLIC Foundation to increase visibility for the Architecture + Urban Transformation Award and to invite people of all ages to vote for designs they feel will most benefit their cities.
Architecture on bus shelters!
Architecture on taxi cabs!
Architecture on billboards!
This awesome exposure comes in addition to our media partnerships with The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, GOOD, and Cool Hunting. And, don't forget Architizer's own fanbase: We have millions of visitors each month and more than one million social media followers.
Wondering how we plan to make the most of this incredible opportunity from PVBLIC Foundation? In our advertising spots, we will show select images from submissions for the Architecture + Urban Transformation Award and will encourage the public to vote at awards.architizer.com. For all projects we choose to feature, we will credit the architects and get their permission first. We are Architizer after all!
By now, you surely know that the Architizer A+ Awards are all about spreading the word about architecture and getting the general public—from potential clients to your mom—excited about what our profession does. With the help of amazing partners like PVBLIC Foundation, we are going to showcase the power of architecture and the people behind it. People like you!
You can't be a part of the PVBLIC Foundation campaign unless you enter the A+ Awards in the Architecture + Urban Transformation category. Time is running out: The final deadline is January 25th!
